Can I cancel?
Guests can cancel free of charge until 5 days before arrival, with a full refund. The full amount is charged when the booking is made; cancellations in the 5 days before arrival aren't refunded.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. At The Zee it's R 500, taken on arrival and refundable. Please note, the aparthotel is cashless.
